Our Story

TAILEX was born from more than thirty years of real estate experience and from a deep connection to Sotogrande and the surrounding areas. The firm was created by Araceli Gavira and her daughter Ela, combining two generations, two complementary perspectives and one shared standard: to offer real estate representation with discretion, structure and genuine care.
Araceli brings decades of experience in real estate, construction and property analysis. Her knowledge comes from years of seeing the market from the inside: understanding not only what a property looks like, but how it is built, how it is positioned, who it is right for and what value it can hold over time.
Ela brings an international legal background and a precise understanding of high-level advisory. Her perspective strengthens the firm’s ability to guide international clients, cross-border transactions and complex real estate decisions with clarity and calm.
Together, they created TAILEX for clients who expect more than a standard agency experience.
